Redesigning the payment gateway onboarding and KYC forms for users with low tech literacy

Learnings

Given the chance, there are a few things I would change about how we did this. Due to the strict timelines, with the first primary research conducted directly in the end, it became harder to incorporate the insights in time. Better planning could have made this more efficient.

This project helped me sharpen my quantitative skills and gave me the opportunity to innovate. This was one of the most interesting problems where I was forced to look at how information is accessed, consumed and processed by people in different contexts.
